Sri Trang Gloves (Thailand) (STGT) repurchases 300,000 shares under second buy-back mandate

Sri Trang Gloves (Thailand) (STGT) said on Aug, 17 2026 that it bought back 300,000 shares on the Stock Exchange of Thailand at THB 10.80 apiece, spending roughly 0.12 million Singapore dollars.

The transaction is part of the company’s second share-repurchase programme approved by the board on May, 08 2026, which authorises the buy-back of up to 62,100,000 shares, or 2.17 % of paid-up capital, by Nov, 07 2026.

Including the latest purchase, STGT has repurchased a cumulative 4,300,000 shares, representing about 0.15 % of its paid-up shares, for a total consideration of approximately 1.67 million Singapore dollars.

Director and Chief Financial Officer Miss Thanawan Sa-ngiamsak signed off on the filing.
