Haohai Biotec Announces RMB 0.25 Interim Dividend for H1 2026; Ex-Dividend Date Set for 4 September

Shanghai Haohai Biological Technology Co., Ltd. (Haohai Biotec) has declared an ordinary interim cash dividend of RMB 0.25 per share for the six-month period ended 30 June 2026. The distribution is for the financial year ending 31 December 2026 and does not require separate shareholder approval.

Based on the announced exchange rate of RMB 1 to HKD 1.155981, shareholders on the Hong Kong share register will receive HKD 0.288995 per share. The stock will trade ex-dividend on 4 September 2026. The last day to lodge transfer documents with Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited for dividend entitlement is 7 September 2026 (16:30 HKT). The register of members will be closed from 8 to 11 September 2026, with the record date set at 11 September 2026. Payment is scheduled for 16 October 2026.

Withholding tax will be applied as follows: • Non-resident enterprise shareholders: 10% enterprise income tax. • Non-resident individual shareholders (including Hong Kong and Macau residents, and residents of treaty jurisdictions with a 10% rate): 10% individual income tax, subject to prevailing tax treaties and regulations. • PRC resident individual investors and domestic securities investment funds holding H-shares via Southbound Trading: 20% individual income tax.

No warrants or convertible securities are affected by this dividend announcement.
