On April 30, 2026 (after trading hours), the contractor entered into a digital transformation construction contract with the Guangzhu West Line joint venture, which is considered a subsidiary of the company. According to the contract, the contractor has agreed to undertake the construction work for the digital transformation and upgrade of the Guangzhu West Line Expressway's traffic infrastructure. The contracted value is RMB 36.0676 million. The execution of this digital transformation construction contract is a response to the national strategic priority of upgrading and digitalizing highway infrastructure. This initiative aims to make expressways smarter, more efficient, safer, and more economical. It will utilize big data and contactless toll collection to alleviate congestion, employ real-time sensing to enhance driving safety, and use digital twin technology to enable precise maintenance. The project will also provide services such as lane-level navigation and charging pile location queries, laying the foundation for vehicle-road coordination and autonomous driving. By constructing smart toll stations and smart service areas, the project is expected to enhance the traffic capacity and service level of the Guangzhu West Line Expressway. This will strengthen the core competitiveness of the group within the toll road industry and is aligned with the group's development strategy.
