Li Auto repurchases 0.03% of outstanding shares for USD 3.79 million

Li Auto Inc. disclosed that on 12 August 2026 it repurchased 603,968 Class A WVR ordinary shares on the Nasdaq Global Select Market, spending a total of USD 3.79 million at prices ranging from USD 6.23 to USD 6.35 per share.

Following the transaction, issued shares excluding treasury stock fell to 1.73 billion, down 0.0349%, while treasury shares rose to 88.68 million. Total issued shares remained unchanged at 1.82 billion.

The buyback formed part of the company’s mandate approved on 29 May 2026, which authorises the repurchase of up to 214.28 million shares. To date, 69.08 million shares—equivalent to 3.22% of the share count at the time of authorisation—have been repurchased under this mandate.

In accordance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, Li Auto is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 11 September 2026.
