For the month ended 31 March 2026, Shandong Chenming Paper Holdings Limited (CHENMING PAPER) reported no changes in either authorised or issued share capital across its three share classes—A, B and H—according to the statutory monthly return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX).

The authorised/registered share capital remained at RMB 2.94 billion, comprising: • A-shares: 1.71 billion shares with RMB 1 par value. • B-shares: 706.39 million shares with RMB 1 par value. • H-shares: 528.31 million shares with HKD 1 par value (HKD 528.31 million).

Issued share capital was likewise unchanged, with no treasury shares outstanding: • A-shares: 1.71 billion issued, nil held in treasury. • B-shares: 706.39 million issued, nil held in treasury. • H-shares: 528.31 million issued, nil held in treasury.

The company confirmed that the applicable minimum public-float requirement—5% of outstanding H-shares—was fully met as of the end of March 2026.

No share options, warrants, convertibles, or other share-issuance arrangements were executed during the month. All regulatory confirmations required under HKEX Main Board Rule 13.25C were provided by Chairman Jiang Yanshan.
