SHIMAO GROUP Reports 30.76% Drop in Contracted Sales for First Two Months

SHIMAO GROUP (00813) announced that for the two-month period ended February 28, 2026, the Group's total accumulated contract sales amounted to approximately RMB 2.811 billion, representing a decrease of 30.76% compared to the same period last year. The total accumulated contracted sales area reached 230,503 square meters. The average selling price for the two months ended February 28, 2026, was RMB 12,195 per square meter.
In February 2026 alone, the Group's contracted sales were approximately RMB 1.301 billion, a decline of 30.05% year-on-year. The contracted sales area for February was 109,721 square meters. The average selling price for February 2026 was RMB 11,855 per square meter.
