OUE REIT issues 5.48 million new units for base fee payment

OUE Real Estate Investment Trust announced on Jul, 27 2026 that it has issued 5.48 million new units at 0.3527 Singapore dollars per unit.
The new units represent 50% of the base fee payable to its manager, OUE REIT Management, for the period from Apr, 01 2026 to Jun, 30 2026.
The issue price was calculated from the volume-weighted average price of OUE REIT units traded on Singapore Exchange over the 10 business days immediately preceding Jun, 30 2026.
All of the units have been allotted directly to OUE Limited under an arrangement between the manager and the company.
Following the allotment, OUE REIT has 5.535 billion units in issue.
