ContiOcean revises 2025 earnings estimate to RMB3.00–5.00 million after recognising RMB21.50 million listing costs

ContiOcean Environment Tech Group Co., Ltd. (ContiOcean) issued a supplemental profit warning, lowering its expected net profit for the year ended 31 December 2025 to a range of RMB3.00 million–RMB5.00 million. The latest figure represents a sharp reduction from the RMB18.00 million–RMB26.00 million range disclosed on 30 January 2026.

The downward revision is primarily attributed to approximately RMB21.50 million in listing expenses related to ContiOcean’s H-share debut on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in January 2025. In line with applicable accounting standards, these costs have been fully expensed through the 2025 profit or loss statement.

Management emphasised that the financial data are based on unaudited consolidated management accounts and remain subject to audit review and potential adjustments. The company plans to publish its audited annual results by the end of March 2026.
