Haier Smart Home Co., Ltd. disclosed a repurchase of 600,000 A-shares on 3 July 2026 via the Shanghai Stock Exchange for its share-incentive schemes. The shares were bought at prices ranging between RMB 20.41 and RMB 20.50 per share, translating into a volume-weighted average purchase price of approximately RMB 20.47. The total consideration paid amounted to RMB 12.28 million.

Following the transaction, Haier Smart Home’s outstanding A-share count (excluding treasury shares) declined by 600,000 shares, representing a 0.01% reduction to 6.106 billion shares. Treasury shares increased to 147.05 million, while total issued shares remained unchanged at 6.253 billion as the repurchased stock is being held in treasury for future incentive distribution rather than immediate cancellation.

The company affirmed that the buyback was duly authorised by its board, executed in accordance with Shanghai Stock Exchange regulations and Hong Kong Listing Rules, and all relevant funds have been fully settled.
