JACOBIO Pharmaceuticals Group Co., Ltd. (JACOBIO-B) disclosed a next-day return confirming the repurchase of 80,100 ordinary shares on 23 March 2026 through on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The shares were bought at prices between HKD6.22 and HKD6.28, for a total consideration of HKD0.50 million—an average cost of HKD6.24 per share.
Following the transaction, issued shares outstanding (excluding treasury shares) fell by 0.01019% to 786.04 million, while total issued shares—including treasury stock—remained at 791.76 million. Treasury shares increased from 5.64 million to 5.72 million.
The buyback forms part of the mandate approved on 10 June 2025, which authorises the company to repurchase up to 78.87 million shares. Cumulatively, 2.70 million shares—equivalent to 0.34% of the company’s issued shares on the mandate date—have been repurchased under this authorisation. A moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share sales remains in force until 22 April 2026, in accordance with Hong Kong Listing Rules.
The company confirmed that all repurchases complied with the relevant Main Board regulations and that no shares purchased to date have been cancelled, with all 80,100 shares from the latest transaction held as treasury stock.
