Leoch Int’l repurchases 104,000 shares at HK$1.10; cumulative June buy-backs reach 0.035% of share base

Leoch International Technology Limited disclosed that on 4 June 2026 it bought back 104,000 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at HK$1.10 each, spending HK$0.11 million. The transaction represents 0.007 % of the 1.44 billion shares in issue before the repurchase.

The latest purchase follows a 3 June 2026 buy-back of 396,000 shares at a volume-weighted average price of HK$1.0587. In aggregate, 500,000 shares have been repurchased in June, equivalent to 0.035 % of the company’s issued share capital as at the date of the shareholder mandate.

All 500,000 shares are earmarked for cancellation and, pending that process, the company’s issued share count remains at 1,442.39 million with no treasury shares outstanding.

The repurchases were executed under the mandate approved on 15 May 2026, which authorises Leoch Int’l to buy back up to 144.24 million shares. Following the June transactions, approximately 143.74 million shares, or 99.65 % of the mandate, remain available for future repurchase.

In accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, Leoch Int’l is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or selling treasury shares until 4 July 2026.
