BHG Retail REIT and Manager Secure Four Awards for Social Impact

BHG Retail REIT announced on Aug, 07 2026 that it and its manager, BHG Retail Trust Management Pte. Ltd., have received four accolades recognising their environmental, social and governance initiatives.

The trust won Silver in the Empowerment of Women category and Bronze for Best Community Programme at the 18th Annual Global CSR & ESG Summit & Awards 2026.

Separately, the manager was awarded the National Volunteer & Philanthropy Centre’s “Company of Good – 3 Hearts” recognition and Singapore’s Ministry of Defence NS Mark (Gold) for its support of National Service and Total Defence.

Chief executive officer Chan Iz-Lynn said the recognitions affirm the group’s commitment to fostering inclusive communities and integrating responsible practices across its operations.

The honours add to the REIT’s ongoing sustainability programme, which includes integrating ESG considerations into business strategy and maintaining its six-property portfolio in mainland China.
