MOG Digitech delays circular on subsidiary disposal to 11 September 2026

MOG Digitech Holdings Limited (MOG Digitech) announced a further postponement in dispatching the shareholder circular related to its major transaction for disposing of equity interests in certain subsidiaries.

The circular—originally scheduled for release on or before 14 August 2026—will now be sent to shareholders on or before 11 September 2026. The company cited the need for additional time to prepare and finalise information, including the Board’s explanatory letter, an independent valuation of the target companies and other disclosures required under Hong Kong Listing Rules.

The circular will also contain the notice convening the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) where shareholders will vote on the disposal.

MOG Digitech’s Board currently comprises three executive directors—Chen Yongzhong (Chief Executive Officer), Deng Zhihua and Zhou Yue—and three independent non-executive directors—Gao Hongxiang, Yau Tung Shing and Chen Wen.

The announcement was authorised by Executive Director Chen Yongzhong and dated 14 August 2026 in Hong Kong.
