ENN Energy: BlackRock Lifts Holding to 6.64% with Net Purchase of 0.11 Million Shares Amid Scheme-of-Arrangement Process

Hong Kong, 12 June 2026 – BlackRock, Inc., classified as a Class (6) associate of ENN Energy under the Hong Kong Code on Takeovers and Mergers, disclosed a series of on-market trades in ENN Energy shares on 11 June 2026 during the company’s ongoing privatisation by way of scheme of arrangement.

Across seven transactions, BlackRock bought 155,800 shares and sold 46,800 shares, resulting in a net purchase of 109,000 shares. Transaction prices ranged from HK$49.08 to HK$51.53 per share, with the bulk of activity clustered around the HK$49.08–HK$49.30 level.

Following the dealings, BlackRock’s aggregate holding rose to 75.13 million shares, representing 6.64 % of ENN Energy’s issued share capital. All trades were executed for discretionary investment clients.

The disclosure was made pursuant to Rule 22 of the Hong Kong Code on Takeovers and Mergers, as ENN Energy progresses with its proposed privatisation via a scheme of arrangement.
