Beijing Energy International Holding Co., Ltd. (BJ ENERGY INTL) has reiterated its shift to electronic dissemination of all future corporate communications, following the initial notification dated 7 February 2024. In a letter to registered shareholders on 24 April 2026, the company confirmed that English and Chinese versions of documents—including annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms—will be posted exclusively on its website (http://www.bjei.com) and on HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk).

The company noted it has yet to receive email addresses from certain shareholders and urged them to submit contact details via a personalised QR code on the enclosed reply form or by returning the form to Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited at 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai. Without a valid email address on record, shareholders will not receive publication alerts and must monitor the company’s and HKEXnews websites independently; only actionable corporate communications will continue to be dispatched in print.

Shareholders preferring hard-copy materials may opt in by returning the reply form or emailing beijingenergy.ecom@computershare.com.hk with their name and address. This printed-copy request remains effective for one year from receipt.
