Persistence Gold Group Ltd repurchased 465,000 ordinary shares on 17 July 2026 through the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices between HK$0.66 and HK$0.68 per share, for a total consideration of HK$0.31 million.

The transaction lowered the company’s outstanding share count to 2.40 billion from 2.40 billion, trimming the free-float by approximately 0.02%. All repurchased shares are being held in treasury, lifting the treasury-share balance to 465,000, while total issued shares remain 2.40 billion.

The repurchase forms part of a mandate approved on 26 June 2026 authorising the company to buy back up to 240 million shares; 0.02% of that capacity has now been used. Under Hong Kong listing rules, the company is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury stock until 16 August 2026.
