ENN Energy: BlackRock Nets Additional 118,518 Shares, Lifts Holding to 6.26% During Privatisation Scheme

On 1 June 2026, ENN Energy Holdings Ltd. disclosed to the Hong Kong Takeovers Executive that BlackRock, Inc.—a Class (6) associate of the offeree—adjusted its position in the company’s shares on 29 May 2026 amid the ongoing privatisation by scheme of arrangement.

BlackRock sold 4,484 shares at US$52.55 each and, on the same day, purchased 123,002 shares at the identical price, resulting in a net acquisition of 118,518 shares.

Following these trades, BlackRock’s aggregate holding rose to 70.81 million shares, representing 6.26% of ENN Energy’s issued share capital. All transactions were executed on a U.S. exchange for the accounts of discretionary investment clients.

The disclosure was made under Rule 22 of the Hong Kong Code on Takeovers and Mergers, reflecting ongoing monitoring of share dealings during the company’s privatisation process.
