Stock Track | POP MART Plummets 15.10% Intraday After Missing Analyst Estimates Despite Strong Profit Growth

Stock Track
Mar 25

POP MART's stock price plummeted 15.10% during intraday trading on Wednesday, marking a sharp decline for the collectibles retailer.

The steep drop followed the company's release of its full-year 2025 financial results. While POP MART reported a staggering 309% surge in net profit attributable to owners, reaching RMB12.78 billion, and a 185% jump in revenue to RMB37.1 billion, both figures fell short of analyst expectations. Earnings per share came in at RMB9.58, missing the Visible Alpha consensus estimate of RMB9.84. Revenue also missed the projected figure of RMB37.7 billion.

Market reaction suggests investor disappointment despite the strong year-over-year growth, as the company failed to meet the high benchmarks set by analysts. The board's recommendation of a final dividend did not offset concerns about the earnings and revenue miss.
