Poly Xverse Intelligent Technology Co. Ltd (“Poly Xverse IT”) has issued a clarification to its 2 June 2026 announcement on the proposed share consolidation, correcting two clerical errors related to the exchange of share certificates.

The company confirmed that, pending approval at the scheduled special general meeting (SGM), the share consolidation is expected to take effect on Friday, 24 July 2026—two business days after the SGM. From that date through Monday, 31 August 2026 (both days inclusive), shareholders may submit existing light-yellow certificates for the current shares to the Hong Kong branch registrar, Tricor Investor Services Ltd (17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong). New light-blue certificates representing the consolidated shares will be issued at the company’s expense.

Poly Xverse IT stated that all other information in the original 2 June 2026 announcement remains unchanged. The clarification was approved by the board and signed by Chairlady and Chief Executive Officer Wang Jingyu on 10 July 2026.
