Jardine Matheson Holdings Limited announced the on-market repurchase of 7,400 ordinary shares on Mar, 30 2026.
The shares were bought at an average price of US$74.1998 each and will be cancelled.
After the transaction, the company’s issued share capital comprises 293,165,530 ordinary shares, all carrying one vote per share, and it holds no treasury shares.
