On 29 June 2026, MEGAIN Holding (Cayman) Co., Ltd. (MEGAIN) announced that all eight ordinary resolutions proposed at its Annual General Meeting were passed with 100% of votes cast in favour. The meeting was conducted via the company’s e-Voting Portal and chaired by Executive Director Mr. Cheng Hsien-Wei.
A total of 393.30 million shares—representing approximately 75.82% of MEGAIN’s 518.75 million issued shares—were voted. No shareholders were required to abstain, and none opposed any resolution.
