East Buy Holding Limited reported a 7.42 million-share reduction in its issued share capital for July 2026, reflecting the cancellation on 14 July of shares repurchased between 11–20 May at an average HK$25.1756 each. The transaction lowered the company’s outstanding share count from 1.06 billion to 1.05 billion, a 0.70% decrease, and implies a cash outlay of roughly HK$186.75 million.

Key data as at 31 July 2026: • Authorised share capital: 5.00 billion ordinary shares (USD 100,000 par value unchanged). • Issued shares (ex-treasury): 1.053 billion, representing 78.9% of authorised capacity. • Treasury shares: Nil; all repurchased shares were immediately cancelled. • Public float: Confirmed above the 25% minimum requirement.

Equity incentive positions remained stable: • Post-IPO Share Option Scheme – 21.79 million options outstanding; no exercises in July. • 2023 Share Scheme – 19.16 million shares remain available for future grant; no new shares issued.

No warrants, convertible securities, or other equity instruments were issued or converted during the month. The company therefore recorded no increase in share capital, while continuing its capital return programme through on-market repurchases.
