Longfor Group Introduces Scrip Dividend Option for 2025 Interim Payout; Election Deadline Set for 22 April 2026

Longfor Group Holdings Limited has launched a scrip dividend scheme for its interim dividend in respect of the six months ended 30 June 2025 (“2025 Interim Dividend”).

Shareholder choices • Cash only: No action required; shareholders will receive the entire interim dividend in cash. • New shares only: Return a signed and dated election form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited. • Part cash / part shares: Indicate on the election form the number of shares to be exchanged for scrip; sign, date, and submit the form.

Key dates • Record date: 20 March 2026 – shareholding on this date determines the dividend entitlement. • Election deadline: 4:30 p.m., Wednesday, 22 April 2026 – completed forms must reach Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. • Dispatch of share certificates and/or dividend warrants: Thursday, 30 April 2026, by ordinary post at shareholders’ risk.

Important terms • New shares will be issued as fully-paid ordinary shares of HK$0.10 each. • The right to elect scrip in lieu of cash is non-transferable. • Failure to return a valid election form by the deadline will result in the entire dividend being paid in cash. • The scheme is governed by the circular dated 30 March 2026 and the company’s memorandum and articles of association.
