On the news front, IMPACT THERAP-B recently announced that based on a preliminary assessment of the group's unaudited consolidated management accounts for the six months ending June 30, 2026 and currently available information, the board expects the group to record revenue of approximately RMB 94.7 million to RMB 116 million for the period. This represents a substantial increase of approximately 276% to 359% compared to the RMB 25.2 million reported for the six months ended June 30, 2025. The company also anticipates a net loss of approximately RMB 81.7 million to RMB 99.9 million for the period, which would be a reduction of approximately 22% to 37% from the RMB 129 million loss recorded in the corresponding prior period.

Additionally, IMPACT THERAP-B announced that it has designated IMP2794 as a preclinical candidate compound. IMP2794 is a specific KAT6A-degrading PROTAC, and it represents the first PCC discovered by the company using its proprietary targeted protein degradation platform. The compound is a highly potent and selective degrader of KAT6A, demonstrating over 1000-fold selectivity against KAT6B. Notably, IMP2794 has shown exceptional oral bioavailability in multiple rodent and non-rodent species, indicating it may achieve ideal drug exposure in humans.
