Zhuguang Holdings Shows Stable Share Structure in May 2026, Confirms Sufficient Public Float

For the month ended 31 May 2026, Zhuguang Holdings Group Company Limited reported no changes to its authorised or issued share capital.

The authorised share capital remained at 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10 each, equivalent to HKD 1.00 billion in total.

Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) were unchanged at 8.85 billion, and the company held no treasury shares during the period. Consequently, the total issued share count also stayed at 8.85 billion.

The company confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum public-float requirement—set at 25% of issued shares—indicating that market liquidity thresholds continue to be met.

No new share options, warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-linked instruments were issued, and no share repurchases or cancellations occurred in May 2026.

The monthly return was submitted to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 1 June 2026, with company secretary Choi Kwok Keung Sanvic affirming adherence to all relevant listing rules and regulatory obligations.
