Zheneng Jinjiang Environment Holding Company Limited said it has fully repaid a RMB540 million loan from Zhejiang Provincial Energy Group Finance and, on Apr, 9 2026, simultaneously drew down a new RMB540 million facility from the same lender.
The new loan, taken by wholly owned subsidiary Hangzhou Jinhuan Investment, carries an annual interest rate of 2.11 per cent—unchanged from the previous borrowing—and falls due 12 months after each drawdown. Repayments are scheduled in two tranches: RMB200 million plus interest on or about Apr, 1 2027 and RMB340 million plus interest on or about Apr, 8 2027.
Security for the facility is a share charge over about 28.61 per cent of Lin'an Jiasheng Environment’s equity. No additional collateral was pledged.
Because the lender is a subsidiary of controlling shareholder Zhejiang Provincial Energy Group, the transaction is classified as an interested person transaction under Singapore Exchange rules. The aggregate interest payable of RMB11.39 million represents roughly 0.35 per cent of the group’s audited net tangible assets of RMB3.23 billion as at Dec, 31 2024.
The company said the refinancing strengthens its working-capital position.
