Jingfeng Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. has announced a change to its stock ticker symbol. This follows the completion of the company's restructuring plan and a change in its controlling shareholder and actual controller.
To unify the corporate brand image and support the company's sustainable and healthy development, the company has made corresponding changes to its name. The company completed the industrial and commercial registration for the name change in April 2026.
The proposed new stock ticker is "Shiyao Jingfeng". The new ticker symbol is scheduled to take effect on July 2, 2026.
