Kelun-Biotech (SKB BIO-B) Secures HKEX Nod for Full H-Share Circulation, Converting 8.21 Million Shares

Sichuan Kelun-Biotech Biopharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (SKB BIO-B) has received Hong Kong Stock Exchange approval to convert and list 8.21 million domestic and unlisted foreign shares as H shares under its Full Circulation programme, the company disclosed on 8 April 2026.

The newly converted shares represent 3.52% of Kelun-Biotech’s total share capital. Upon completion, the proportion of H shares in issue will rise from 69.80% to 73.32%, while domestic shares will fall from 28.21% to 26.68%. All unlisted foreign shares (previously 1.99% of capital) will be eliminated.

Kelun-Biotech will now proceed with the remaining conversion and trading formalities and will update the market on further progress. Shareholders and potential investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s securities.
