BAIOO Chairman Dai Jian Purchases 68,000 Shares, Raising Indirect Stake to 24.1%

BAIOO Family Interactive Limited disclosed that Executive Director and Board Chairman Dai Jian increased his personal exposure to the company’s equity on 17 April 2026. Acting through the indirectly owned vehicle Stmoritz Investment Limited, Dai acquired 68,000 ordinary shares on-market at an average price of HK$0.520 per share.

Following the latest transaction, Stmoritz holds 690.71 million BAIOO shares, equivalent to approximately 24.1% of the company’s issued share capital.

The filing also notes that between 30 March and 17 April 2026, Dai, via Stmoritz, accumulated a total of 2.76 million BAIOO shares on the open market.
