Cmoc Group Limited (SH: 603993) has unveiled its interim report for the first half of 2026, posting a substantial leap in profitability. The mining giant recorded operating revenue of 135.32 billion yuan, marking a year-on-year increase of 42.78%, while net profit attributable to shareholders soared 86.27% to 16.152 billion yuan.
Excluding non-recurring items, the company's adjusted net profit reached 15.606 billion yuan, up 78.89% from the prior-year period. Earnings per share stood at 0.76 yuan, and the board has proposed a cash dividend of 0.95 yuan (tax inclusive) for every ten shares held.
On the operational front, the company leveraged its intelligent production systems and proprietary technologies for the efficient utilization of low-grade ore resources. This scientific approach to production scheduling enabled a continued expansion of output across its core product lines. During the period, copper production hit 387,961 tonnes, a 9.73% increase year-on-year, cementing its position among the world's top ten copper producers. All major mines have been operating steadily, keeping the company's annual production targets firmly on track.
