New Gonow RV cites component-auditor delay for FY2025 results holdup; board meeting deferred, trading suspension continues

New Gonow Recreational Vehicles Inc. (New Gonow RV) has announced a further delay in publishing its audited results for the financial year ended 31 December 2025, attributing the setback to outstanding work by KPMG Australia, the component auditor for its Australian subsidiary Regent RV Pty Ltd and three related units.

According to the filing, KPMG Australia required additional time to complete a detailed review of revenue data and supporting documentation at the final audit stage. As of 31 March 2026, inter-office reporting had not been finalised, preventing lead auditor KPMG from concluding the Group audit. Regent and its three subsidiaries represent four of the Group’s five key operating entities and are expected to report a combined net loss of about RMB9.20 million for FY2025 and hold RMB550.90 million in total assets as at 31 December 2025.

The company emphasised that KPMG has not flagged any issues likely to result in a modified audit opinion. With most outstanding procedures now substantially complete, management targets publication of the FY2025 annual results on or before 30 April 2026.

Consequently, the board meeting originally scheduled to approve the results will be rescheduled; a new date will be announced separately. Trading in New Gonow RV shares, suspended since 9:00 a.m. on 1 April 2026, will remain halted until further notice.

Shareholders and potential investors are urged to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s securities.
