Aspial Lifestyle declares interim FY2026 dividend of 0.90 Singapore cents per share

Aspial Lifestyle Limited announced on Aug, 07 2026 that its board has approved an interim tax-exempt (one-tier) dividend of 0.90 Singapore cents per ordinary share for the financial year ending Dec, 31 2026.
The company said its share transfer books and register of members will close at 5:00 p.m. on Aug, 19 2026 to determine shareholder entitlements. Investors whose securities accounts with The Central Depository are credited with Aspial Lifestyle shares on that date will qualify for the payout.
The interim dividend is scheduled to be paid on Aug, 27 2026.
