Longfor Group Holdings Limited announced on 25 September 2026 that the English and Chinese versions of its 2026 Interim Report are now available on both the company’s website (www.longfor.com) and Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing’s website (www.hkexnews.hk).

The notification was sent by post to non-registered shareholders on the same day the report was published. Shareholders who hold shares through banks, brokers, custodians, nominees, or HKSCC Nominees Limited may arrange to receive future online publication notices by e-mail through their respective intermediaries.

Non-registered shareholders preferring a hard copy can submit the enclosed request form to the company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. A prepaid mailing label is provided for local postage; overseas applicants must affix appropriate postage. The request form can also be downloaded from the company’s or HKEX’s website.

Instructions given on the request form will remain valid for all future corporate communications unless the shareholder notifies the registrar of any change or no longer holds shares in Longfor Group.
