Hang Seng Index Bull-Bear Distribution Shifts to 48:52 as of August 22

Data collected up to August 21 reveals that the latest bull-to-bear ratio for the Hang Seng Index stands at 48:52.

According to the distribution map from CITIC Securities' bull-bear certificate data, the heaviest concentration of bear certificates is located in the 26,500-26,599 range. This zone currently holds 921 bear certificates, marking an increase of 224 certificates compared to the previous trading day, with the largest daily addition also occurring within this same interval.

On the bull side, the most substantial cluster of certificates is found in the 25,000-25,099 range, which now contains 577 bull certificates, reflecting a decrease of 248 certificates from the prior session. Meanwhile, the most significant new inflow of bull certificates is observed in the 25,500-25,599 range, where the count has risen by 131 certificates to reach a total of 320.
