AK Medical Spends HK$16.56 Million on 3.32 Million-Share Buyback, Outstanding Shares Fall by 0.30%

AK Medical Holdings Limited disclosed that it repurchased 3.32 million ordinary shares on 23 June 2026 via on-exchange transactions, paying an aggregate HK$16.56 million. The shares were bought within a price range of HK$4.89–HK$5.20, implying an average cost of roughly HK$5.01 per share.

Following the transaction, issued shares (excluding treasury shares) declined from 1.10984 billion to 1.10652 billion, a reduction of 0.30%. Treasury shares increased to 18.10 million.

Separately, a cumulative 15.56 million shares repurchased between 6 February and 8 June 2026 remain pending cancellation, representing about 1.41% of the latest issued share base.

Under the buyback mandate approved on 17 June 2026, AK Medical is authorised to repurchase up to 112.46 million shares. To date, 33.66 million shares (2.99% of the shares outstanding on the mandate date) have been purchased.

Pursuant to Hong Kong listing rules, the company is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 23 July 2026.
