CHIHO ENV clarifies full divestment of subsidiaries SHG and SRG; share trading still suspended

Chiho Environmental Group Limited (CHIHO ENV) issued a clarification announcement on 14 August 2026 confirming that both Scholz Holding GmbH (SHG) and Scholz Recycling GmbH (SRG) have been transferred to Derichebourg Environnement SAS.

The company stated that, after receiving a letter dated 31 July 2026 from the receivers’ legal adviser, its own legal counsel reviewed Germany’s Commercial Register and verified the change of shareholders. The findings indicate that 100 % of SHG and 80 % of SRG were sold; because SHG holds the remaining 20 % stake in SRG, the disposal of SHG effectively transferred complete ownership of SRG as well.

Management has asked the receivers for additional details regarding the transactions and is continuing its inquiries.

Trading in CHIHO ENV shares has been suspended since 1 April 2025 and will remain halted until the company satisfies the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s resumption guidance.
