BAIOO reduces outstanding shares by 1.74 million through latest HKD 0.75 million buyback

BAIOO Family Interactive Limited repurchased 1.74 million ordinary shares on 24 June 2026 via on-market transactions on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, paying an aggregate HKD 0.75 million. The highest price paid was HKD 0.44 per share, the lowest HKD 0.42, with a volume-weighted average of HKD 0.43.

Following the transaction, the company’s issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) fell 0.06% from 2.86 billion to 2.86 billion shares, while treasury stock rose from 8.85 million to 10.59 million shares. The total number of issued shares remained unchanged at 2.87 billion.

The buyback forms part of the repurchase mandate approved on 27 June 2025, which authorises the company to repurchase up to 286.72 million shares. To date, BAIOO has repurchased 10.59 million shares under this mandate, representing 0.37% of the company’s issued shares at the mandate date.

In accordance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange rules, BAIOO is subject to a moratorium on new share issues or treasury-share disposals until 24 July 2026.
