ENN Natural Gas Co., Ltd. disclosed that, on 25 May 2026, CITIC Securities Company Limited—classified as a Class (5) associate of the offeror in the ongoing privatisation by scheme of arrangement—acquired 500 A shares of ENN Natural Gas via pre-existing index-tracking ETFs.
The transaction, executed for CITIC Securities’ own account, totalled RMB 9,776.00, with prices ranging from RMB 19.30 to RMB 19.72 per share.
