29 May 2026 – SHANGHAI PECHEM (Sinopec Shanghai Petrochemical Company Limited) disclosed that its 28th meeting of the 11th Board approved a motion to elect ten directors to the forthcoming 12th Board. The proposal will be submitted to shareholders at the 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM).
