XINTE ENERGY convened its second extraordinary general meeting of 2026 on 19 August 2026 in Urumqi, approving a single ordinary resolution related to a supplemental agreement with Xinjiang Tebian Group Co., Ltd.
The supplemental agreement, signed on 10 July 2026, and the accompanying revised annual cap received 1.02 billion votes in favour—representing 100.00% of the votes cast—there were no votes against or abstentions.
Shareholder participation was strong: 1.08 billion voting shares were represented in person or by proxy, equal to 75.37 % of XINTE ENERGY’s 1.43 billion issued shares. Xinjiang Tebian Group, which holds 61.44 million domestic shares (4.30 % of total issued shares), was required to abstain from voting because of its material interest in the transaction, complying with Hong Kong Listing Rule 14A.36.
All directors attended the meeting, which was chaired by Board Chairman Huang Hanjie. Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services acted as scrutineer, with two shareholder representatives overseeing vote-tabulation.
No other proposals were submitted by shareholders holding 3 % or more of the company’s voting shares, and no shareholders indicated an intention to oppose or abstain on the resolution in advance of the meeting.
