CHINA OVS PPT Declares HK$0.10 Interim Dividend, Ex-Date Set for 11 September 2026

China Overseas Property Holdings Limited (CHINA OVS PPT) announced its unaudited interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2026 and declared an ordinary interim dividend of HK$0.10 per share for the financial year ending 31 December 2026.

Key dividend timetable • Ex-dividend date: 11 September 2026 • Last day to lodge share transfers: 14 September 2026 (16:30) • Book-closure period: 15–17 September 2026 • Record date: 17 September 2026 • Payment date: 05 October 2026

The dividend, payable in Hong Kong dollars, does not require additional shareholder approval. Tricor Investor Services Limited will act as share registrar at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. The company stated that no withholding tax applies to this distribution.

The Board of Directors comprises eight members: three Executive Directors (Chairman Zhang Guiqing, CEO Xiao Junqiang, CFO Kam Yuk Fai), two Non-executive Directors (Liu Huiming, Ng Yat Wing Athena) and three Independent Non-executive Directors (Yung Wing Ki Samuel, Tsoi Wing Sing, Lee Chun Keung).
