Global New Material International Holdings Limited reported that its 50.61%-owned Korean subsidiary, CQV Co., Ltd., recorded solid interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2026, according to CQV’s unaudited figures released on the Korea Exchange.
Revenue Performance • CQV’s total revenue reached KRW 35.98 billion, up 17.24% from KRW 30.69 billion a year earlier.
Profitability • Net profit climbed to KRW 7.22 billion, representing a 26.79% year-on-year increase from KRW 5.69 billion, outpacing revenue growth and indicating an improved margin profile.
Balance-Sheet Snapshot (as at 30 June 2026) • Total assets stood at KRW 141.17 billion, essentially flat versus KRW 141.56 billion at end-2025. • Total liabilities fell 12.62% to KRW 22.77 billion, while shareholders’ equity rose 2.51% to KRW 118.40 billion, reflecting ongoing deleveraging and capital accumulation.
