Huaqin buys back 384,440 A-shares for RMB 29.98 million, expanding treasury stock to 2.44 million shares

Huaqin Co., Ltd. disclosed a Next Day Disclosure Return showing the execution of its board-approved A-share repurchase plan on 21 August 2026. The company bought back 384,440 A-shares on the Shanghai Stock Exchange via centralized bidding at a volume-weighted average price of RMB 77.98 per share, with a high of RMB 78.80 and a low of RMB 77.59. The total cash outlay reached RMB 29.98 million.

Prior to the transaction, Huaqin had 1.42 billion issued shares (excluding 2.05 million treasury shares). The newly repurchased shares represent 0.0254% of the outstanding share capital. Following settlement, the company’s treasury stock increased to 2.44 million shares, while total issued shares remained at 1.42 billion.

All repurchased shares are being held as treasury shares; no cancellations were executed as of the reporting date. The company confirmed that the buyback complied with relevant regulatory requirements on both the Hong Kong and Shanghai exchanges.
