InSilico Medicine Cayman TopCo (INSILICO) expects a sharp turnaround for the six months ended 30 June 2026, according to a positive profit warning released on 9 July.
Revenue is projected at USD102.50–106.50 million, a jump of approximately 272.70%–287.30% from USD27.50 million a year earlier.
The company anticipates net profit of USD33.50–39.50 million, reversing the USD19.20 million net loss booked in the first half of 2025.
Adjusted non-IFRS net profit is estimated at USD45.50–51.50 million, versus an adjusted non-IFRS loss of USD15.40 million a year ago.
Management attributes the improvement to substantial growth in out-licensing, co-development and research collaboration income, alongside enhanced operating efficiency.
Figures are based on unaudited management accounts. INSILICO plans to release its full interim results in August 2026 and advises shareholders and potential investors to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s shares.
