Swire Properties Limited (SWIREPROPERTIES) reported no changes to its share structure for the month ended 31 March 2026. The company’s issued share capital remained at 5.76 billion ordinary shares, with zero treasury shares on record.

The filing, submitted on 1 April 2026, confirms that the property developer continues to meet the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s public-float requirement. Management noted that at least 10.28% of the total issued shares (excluding treasury shares) were in public hands at month-end, in line with the threshold set at the time of listing.

No new share options, warrants, convertible securities or other equity-linked instruments were issued or outstanding during the period, and there were no repurchases or cancellations of shares. Swire Properties also reiterated that its share capital carries no par value and is not subject to an authorised capital limit.

The monthly return was signed by Company Secretary Bernadette Lomas, underscoring the group’s stable capital structure and compliance posture heading into the second quarter of 2026.
