Tianju Dihe (Suzhou) Technology Co., Ltd. filed its Monthly Return for March 2026, confirming that the company’s share capital structure remained unchanged throughout the period.

The issued H-share count closed the month at 50.12 million shares with a par value of RMB1.00 each, identical to the level reported at end-February. No treasury shares were held, repurchased, or cancelled, leaving total issued shares steady at 50.12 million.

The company reported: • Zero movements under share option schemes, warrants, convertibles, or other equity-linked agreements. • Full compliance with Hong Kong Stock Exchange Main Board Rule 13.32B, maintaining at least the required 25% public float.

As a PRC joint-stock entity, Tianju Dihe noted that the “authorised share capital” concept is not applicable; the disclosed RMB 50.12 million represents its issued share capital. The return was submitted on 9 April 2026 and signed by Executive Director and Joint Company Secretary Yang Yanjun.
