Conch Cement Schedules 26 Aug 2026 Board Meeting to Approve H1 2026 Results and Consider Interim Dividend

Anhui Conch Cement Company Limited (Conch Cement) has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on 26 August 2026 in Wuhu, Anhui Province to address several key agenda items.

The meeting will focus on: 1. Reviewing and approving the Group’s unaudited financial results for the six months ended 30 June 2026. 2. Endorsing the corresponding interim results announcement for disclosure under the Hong Kong Listing Rules. 3. Deliberating on the payment of a 2026 interim dividend. 4. Handling other routine corporate matters.

The notice was issued on 13 August 2026 and signed by Joint Company Secretary Mr. Yu Shui. As of the announcement date, the Board comprises five executive directors (Mr. Yang Jun, Mr. Zhu Shengli, Mr. Li Qunfeng, Mr. Yu Shui and Mr. Wu Tiejun), three independent non-executive directors (Mr. Qu Wenzhou, Ms. Ho Shuk Yee, Samantha, and Ms. Han Xu) and one staff director (Mr. Weng Changyi).

Investors await the forthcoming half-year figures and any potential dividend declaration following the 26 August meeting.
