NetLink NBN Trust Sets Jul, 24 2026 for Physical AGMs

NetLink NBN Trust (CJLU) said its annual general meeting and that of Singapore NBN Trust will be held in a wholly physical format at Stephen Riady Auditorium, NTUC Centre, Singapore, on Jul, 24 2026. The NetLink NBN Trust (NLNBNT) session starts at 2:00 p.m., followed by the Singapore NBN Trust meeting at 3:00 p.m.

Notices of meeting and proxy forms have been posted on the trust’s website and the Singapore Exchange’s company announcements portal, and hard copies will be mailed to unitholders.

Key deadlines include: • Jul, 14 2026 (5:00 p.m.): cut-off for Supplementary Retirement Scheme (SRS) investors to instruct operators if they wish to appoint the meeting chairman as proxy; final date for unitholders to request printed copies of the FY2026 annual report and to submit questions in advance. • Jul, 22 2026: proxy forms must reach the unit registrar by 2:00 p.m. for the NLNBNT meeting and 3:00 p.m. for the Singapore NBN Trust meeting.

The FY2026 annual report and sustainability report, together with the TM Shares Trust report for the year ended Mar, 31 2026, were released on Jun, 25 2026 and are available online.

Unitholders may attend in person, ask questions during the meetings, or vote in person or through appointed proxies; there will be no virtual participation option. Registration at the venue opens at 1:00 p.m., and attendees must present valid identification. The trustee-manager encouraged investors to monitor corporate and SGX platforms for further updates.
