PAGODA GP (02411) announced its annual results for the period ending December 31, 2025. The group recorded revenue of RMB 8.174 billion yuan. However, the company reported a loss attributable to owners of RMB 317 million yuan, with a loss per share of RMB 0.2083. A final dividend of RMB 0.005 per share was proposed.

Throughout 2025, the company firmly implemented its core strategy of being an "expert and leader in high-quality, high-value fruits." This was achieved through several measures aimed at improving service quality, including enhancements to refund policies and gift return services, as well as upgrades to in-store service standards. The company also optimized its product portfolio by revising gift product standards and packaging, and by deepening its product strategy focused on "high-traffic signature items" and "seasonal products with extreme value." Furthermore, a comprehensive upgrade of its digital and intelligent systems was carried out to enhance store management capabilities and operational efficiency.

As a result of these initiatives, both the operational and financial performance of the company showed improvement. For the full year, the scale of the company's loss narrowed compared to 2024, primarily attributable to profits generated in the second half of 2025. The company further optimized its store network by encouraging franchisees to relocate or close stores with high rental costs, high labor costs, or poor operating performance, thereby concentrating more resources on stronger-performing locations. The company believes its current retail store network is healthier and operates more efficiently.

Following nearly two years of network optimization, the company has returned to a sustainable store expansion strategy. The total number of retail stores increased from 4,386 as of June 30, 2025, to 4,468 as of December 31, 2025, representing a net addition of 82 stores. This lays a solid foundation for future market share and profitability growth. This development marks the substantial completion of the group's strategic adjustment to its existing franchise business and the official commencement of a new phase characterized by a turnaround to profitability and growth momentum.
