Tian Tu Capital Keeps Share Capital Unchanged; RMB 693.03 Million Authorised as of May 2026

Tian Tu Capital Co., Ltd. filed its Monthly Return for Equity Issuers for the period ended 31 May 2026, confirming a stable share structure with no changes in either authorised or issued share capital.

The authorised share capital remained at RMB 693.03 million, split between 173.26 million H shares listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and 519.77 million unlisted shares traded on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations (NEEQ). Each share carries a par value of RMB 1.

Issued share capital was likewise unchanged. Listed H shares totalled 173.26 million, and unlisted NEEQ shares stood at 519.77 million. The company held no treasury shares during the month.

Management confirmed compliance with Hong Kong’s minimum public-float requirement of 25 percent for H shares.

No share options, warrants, convertibles, or other equity-linked instruments were outstanding or issued during the reporting period, indicating no immediate dilution risk.

The return was submitted on 03 June 2026 by Executive Director Wang Yonghua.
